Mac Support Engineer

Mac Support Engineer (French and English) Luxembourg to €60,000

Are you a bright, ambitious Support Engineer with strong Mac OS experience combined with fluent French and English communication skills?

You could be progressing your career at a privately owned Investment Management group with a portfolio of companies.

As a Mac Support Engineer you will onboard new staff members, setting up MacBooks, emails, VOIP, iOS and Android devices as well as providing 1st line technical support to a small team including senior stakeholders.

Location / WFH:

You'll be based in the Luxembourg office for 2-3 days a week with flexibility to work from home. Please note there could be occasional, fully paid, travel to other offices e.g. Monaco, Nice.

About you:

• You have experience in a similar IT / Technical Support role
• You have experience of setting up and administering MacBooks
• You have technical skills with Microsoft Office, VOIP, basic networking, WiFi, MDM (Mobile Device Management), jamf
• You have fluent French and English language skills
• You have strong analytical and problem solving skills
