What The Role Entails

- Analyze and interpret large datasets to address business and technical challenges in the gaming industry through advanced analytics, machine learning, and predictive modeling.
- Generate actionable insights and present findings to stakeholders to support strategic decision-making.
- Explore and apply cutting-edge techniques in data science, machine learning, and generative AI to innovate gaming experiences.
- Contribute to technical documentation, knowledge sharing, and cross-team collaboration to foster a culture of learning and innovation.
- Currently pursuing a Master’s, or Ph.D. in a quantitative field such as Data Science, Computer Science, Statistics, Mathematics, Economics, or a related discipline.
- Familiarity with statistical methods (e.g., hypothesis testing, regression analysis, time series analysis, and experimental design).
- Hands-on experience with data analysis, machine learning, or building data products on large datasets is a plus.
- Proficient in programming languages such as Python or R, and experience with SQL for data querying and manipulation.
- Strong communication skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively in a team environment and translate technical concepts into business insights.
- A passion for gaming and a desire to contribute to the evolution of the gaming industry.
- Hands-on experience working on real-world data science challenges in a dynamic and innovative gaming environment.
- Mentorship from experienced data scientists and opportunities to learn advanced techniques in machine learning, AI, and analytics.
- Exposure to cross-functional collaboration and the chance to make a tangible impact on gaming products and strategies.
