Functional Analyst

Location: TagusPark (initially on-site)

Job Description

We are looking for a Functional Analyst to join our team and contribute to the continuous improvement of a mobile banking application. The ideal candidate will have strong analytical skills, effective communication abilities, and a proactive approach to problem-solving.

Responsibilities

• Analyze and enhance the functionalities and user experience of the mobile app.
• Identify and propose improvements, new features, and actively participate in error analysis and resolution.
• Investigate and respond to technical issues reported by customers.
• Develop prototypes and wireframes using Figma or similar tools.
• Conduct functional testing to ensure quality and usability.

Technical Requirements

• Knowledge and experience working with APIs and their impact on front-end development.
• Familiarity with iOS and Android systems, both professionally and as a user.
• Proficiency in Figma or equivalent design software.

Soft Skills

• Effective communication with clients and stakeholders.

Preferred Qualifications

• Educational background in UX/UI design, Information Systems, Software Engineering, or related fields.
• Basic understanding of programming languages and/or web design (JavaScript, React, CSS, HTML, etc.).
