The team you'll be part of

Nokia’s Employee Services organization is responsible for implementing business-driven people strategy and offering people and workplace services to all Nokia employees. We partner closely with the business to provide a motivated and engaged workforce that is fit for the future.

We are looking for an enthusiastic and trustworthy person who will be supporting the Country People Team in Portugal. You will have the opportunity to participate in projects that will contribute to implement the People Strategy.

What You Will Learn And Contribute To

As part of our team, you will:

  • Support the internal Employee Services Organization
  • Participate in the Country People Agenda initiatives
  • Contribute to several ongoing projects, namely Diversity & Inclusion, internal communications, Corporate Social Responsibility, Essentials, …
  • Perform HR reporting and data analysis
  • Manage administrative tasks

Key Skills And Experience

Your skills and experience

You have:

  • Bachelor Degree
  • Fluent in English (both written & verbal)
  • Good User knowledge of MS Tools, namely Excel
  • Interest for People topics
  • Ability to work independently
  • Willingness to work in a fast-paced, flexible and complex environment, with a growth mindset.
