Job Description: Digital Marketing Manager for $SRC Ecosystem

We are seeking a dynamic Digital Marketing Manager to lead and execute marketing strategies for $SRC Ecosystem. This individual will be responsible for both B2C community building and B2B client acquisition, driving brand awareness, engagement, and user adoption across digital platforms. You will oversee social media management, content creation, email campaigns, SEO/SEM, and paid ads, while ensuring alignment with our ecosystem’s goals in the global trade finance and tokenization space. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in Web3, blockchain, and AI-powered solutions marketing, and the ability to communicate the unique value of our ecosystem to both individual users and business clients.

Key Responsibilities:
- B2C Community Building: Develop and implement strategies to engage with our community and grow a loyal user base.
- B2B Marketing: Plan and execute campaigns targeting enterprises and SMEs in trade finance to drive adoption and client acquisition.
- Social Media Management: Manage and grow our presence on social media platforms, including Twitter, LinkedIn, Telegram, and others.
- Content Creation & Strategy: Oversee content creation for blogs, social media, and email campaigns that resonate with both B2C and B2B audiences.
- Paid Advertising & Analytics: Manage digital ad campaigns (SEO/SEM, PPC) and use analytics to optimize marketing efforts and ROI.
- Cross-functional Collaboration: Work closely with product, sales, and other teams to ensure marketing alignment with business objectives.

Qualifications:
- 5+ years of experience in digital marketing and social media management, with a focus on B2B and B2C.
- Proven experience in Web3, blockchain, or crypto space.
- Strong knowledge of SEO/SEM, Google Ads, social media marketing*, and *content creation.
- Excellent communication and project management skills.
