Responsibilities

• Effectively communicate with internal customers via email, phone and other electronic methods to ensure high customer satisfaction.
• Maintain excellent relationships with internal customers.
• Learn our business process & technical stack (including but not limited to Power BI, PowerApps, SQL, Snaplogic, Anaplan, Jira and SharePoint) to perform in-depth troubleshooting to identify root cause while understanding the customer’s pain points and communicating with them in the manner most appropriate.
• Triaging Support requests and being able to handle L1 and L2 issues.
• Debugging of technical issues resulting from configuration / code and provide workarounds.
• Create and maintain user guides / tech desk operation procedures / data dictionaries and other documentation.
• Provide basic training to end users

Requirements

• Previous experience in technical support or related field (2+ years).
• Proven experience supporting enterprise software solutions, ideally SPM, SFA, CRM, PRM applications.
• Preferred prior working experience on technologies like Power BI, PowerApps, SQL, Snaplogic, Anaplan, Jira and SharePoint.
• Proficiency in English and very good written and verbal communication skills.
• Excellent organizational skills with the ability to prioritize, manage, multi-task and execute projects multi-functionally.
• Excellent analytical skills and the ability to explain sophisticated concepts simply.
• University degree with 3-5 years of relevant domain experience
