This position will be part of the promoCAR team. It is an international team with English, French and Spanish spoken daily. English represents the official language used for the communication with our partners and clients. You will have the opportunity to work with the Client Service team.
WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR:
We are looking for people who enjoy focusing on detailed information, with a strong focus on collaboration and willingness to continuously develop their skills and knowledge. Experience in working with large amounts of data (collecting, processing, and analyzing). Analytical skills, resourcefulness and a data-driven mentality are required to elicit additional, relevant information and ensure the data obtained is of the highest quality.
Excellent computer skills, including advanced knowledge of Excel, as much of the work will entail working with spreadsheets and data manipulation. Be able to prioritize workloads and respond to tight deadlines, demonstrating a logical and methodical approach to problem.
Ideal candidate is insightful, strong academic background, a willingness to take on responsibility, and a keen interest in market research, marketing, technology, and general business. Finally, what we value the most is the ability and interest to learn and develop professionally.
Interest and/or work experience in the automotive sector is preferred.
SKILLS REQUIRED:
- Fluent in Spanish, English (required) and French
- Perfect knowledge of MS Office, especially Power Point, Excel, Word.
- Accurate, organized and with analytical skills
- Knowledge about Automotive
YOUR DUTIES:
Your responsibilities will mainly be focused on:
- Provide accurate and timely research of automotive financial data available in the market to ensure a steady flow of the highest quality data by using effective networking (internal, external, primary or secondary sources) and influencing skills.
- Monitor marketing strategies of automotive market(s) and collect the relevant and required data to then input into promoCAR’s proprietary software following company procedures and guidelines.
- Track automotive financial market trends for retail and business customers.
- Ensure the database is kept up to date using promoCAR proprietary software, as well as ensuring relevant quality standards, procedures, and business requirements are met
- Perform quality assurance activities and implement corrections and changes into the database.
- Successfully resolve customer enquiries as part of promoCAR’s client service experience; customer support/escalation process
- Work with other areas/regions to ensure data is consistently available throughout all the markets.
- Implement corrections and changes into the database as guided and required by the Data Operations management.
