Network Engineer - Open Source Networking

We're looking for a skilled Network Engineer to join our team at a leading Dutch bank. If building secure, high-performance networks excites you, and you thrive in an enterprise environment where uptime, security, and automation are critical, this role is for you.

What You'll Do:

• Design, implement, and manage network infrastructure with a focus on Open Source Network OS (Cumulus, SONiC)
• Work with routing, switching, and automation tools (Terraform, Ansible, SaltStack, etc.)
• Improve processes and ensure security, performance, and reliability
• Collaborate in an agile, DevOps-driven environment

What We're Looking For:

• 5+ years of network engineering experience (LAN, WAN, DC)
• Strong skills in network automation and orchestration
• Experience with cloud environments (Azure, AWS, Google Cloud)
• A proactive, team-oriented mindset with strong problem-solving skills
