Salary: 30000zł-33000zl gross / month

Role Overview

We are looking for a Software Engineering Manager to lead a team in test automation and infrastructure. This position involves driving the creation of cutting-edge tools and platforms that support consistent and scalable testing across engineering teams. You will be responsible for managing a high-performing team, defining strategic roadmaps, and fostering innovation to improve automated testing capabilities.

• Establish and monitor key metrics, ensuring efficient development processes and smooth project execution.
• Encourage creative problem-solving and the adoption of new technologies to drive long-term improvements in testing infrastructure.

What We Look For
