Project Analyst - IBM Client Innovation Center Belgium

Your Role and Responsibilities

Responsibilities

As a Project Manager you will be responsible for building positive and productive working relationships with the client. Your role will involve:

• Plan, track and manage the delivery of projects using appropriate agile project management methodologies, learning & iterating
• Support the clients’ agile transformation with consulting, introduction, support, and optimization of agile procedures
• Take an active role in the clients’ projects as a Scrum Master
• Work with Product Managers and Business Analysts to ensure product roadmaps are developed and translated into user stories
• Establish and lead a collaborative, dynamic planning process – prioritizing the work that needs to be done against the capacity and capability of the team
• Manage a multi-stakeholder and multidisciplinary team
• Establish mechanisms for monitor and tracking the quality of all products/services built
• Document, track and manage risks and dependencies
