QUALIFICATIONS WE ARE LOOKING FOR

• Graduated from Engineering, Computer Science or related departments of universities.
• At least 5 years of experience working as an analyst in artificial intelligence, data science or software projects.
• Ability to understand customer needs and transform them into technical requirements.
• Experience in the management and coordination of projects at GenAI, a predominantly technical solution environment, and projects involving AI, prompt engineering and NLP as specified is required.
• Prompt Engineering Knowledge.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills, active listening skills.
• Analytical thinking and problem solving skills.
• Knowledgeable about project management processes and tools (Jira, Confluence etc.).
• Collaborative and teamwork-oriented, solution-oriented approach.
• Experienced in preparing technical documentation and making presentations.
• Experienced in artificial intelligence and data analytics projects.
• Knowledgeable about Agile or Scrum methodologies.

JOB DESCRIPTION

• Models and algorithms play a crucial role in understanding whether workflows are applicable on platforms such as GenAI.
• Especially the analysis of the data collected within the scope of NLP (Natural Language Processing) directly affects the success rate of the model.
• A good understanding is essential to identify correlations between GenAI projects and NLP outputs.
• In particular, it is necessary to develop and execute these processes on customised platforms such as GenAI.
• Communicates effectively with customers and stakeholders to understand complex business problems and identify solution requirements. Utilises different methodologies to accurately identify business and system needs.
• Their ability to understand business processes and systems and to perform effective analyses is important.
• Writes business use stories, scenarios and case studies to ensure that technical and functional requirements are clearly understood and correctly utilised in systems where necessary.
• The ability to understand and document business and system requirements and processes is required. These may include elements such as business requirements documents, system specifications and technical design documents.
• When new software and updates are tested, this person needs to be knowledgeable and experienced in planning and coordinating user acceptance tests, understanding the results from the tests to determine whether they meet requirements, and identifying where critical errors may exist.
• Research and analyse solutions to meet the needs of business stakeholders.
• The ability to work effectively with a range of cross-functional teams and stakeholders such as product management, software engineering and design is needed.
• Develops business requirements and plans, manages changes, and guides the team to achieve business strategy and objectives.
