With a strong presence in the UAE and a mission to push the boundaries of AI-driven automation, they’re on the lookout for a skilled React Engineer to shape the user experience of their cutting-edge voice AI platform.

As a React Engineer, you’ll play a critical role in building a highly responsive, scalable web application that serves a growing user base in real-time. You’ll own the front-end architecture, optimize performance, and collaborate with designers and backend engineers to create an intuitive and seamless user experience. This is more than just writing code — it’s about delivering an AI-driven UI that feels as natural and powerful as the technology behind it.

What You’ll Be Doing

• Own the Front-End – Develop and maintain the web interface of the AI-powered SaaS platform using React, ensuring a smooth and scalable experience.
• Optimize Performance – Tackle rendering bottlenecks, minimize re-renders, and implement advanced state management (Redux, React Query, Context API) to keep the UI fast and efficient.
• Collaborate on Design – Work closely with UX/UI designers to bring high-fidelity mockups to life with pixel-perfect precision.
• Integrate Seamlessly – Connect the front-end with REST/GraphQL APIs, ensuring real-time data updates and efficient communication with the backend.
• Enhance User Experience – Ensure cross-browser compatibility, mobile responsiveness, and accessibility best practices.
• Raise the Bar – Conduct code reviews, write unit tests, and uphold best practices for security and maintainability.

What We’re Looking For

• 5+ years of experience in front-end development, with 3+ years of hands-on experience building applications with React.
• Deep expertise in React fundamentals (components, hooks, lifecycle) and modern JavaScript/TypeScript.
• Proven experience optimizing React applications for speed and scalability (memoization, virtualization, code-splitting).
• Strong grasp of state management patterns (Redux, MobX, React Query, Context API).
• Experience building high-traffic web applications that handle real-time interactions efficiently.
• Familiarity with modern React tooling (Webpack, Vite, Babel, Next.js).
• Knowledge of performance profiling tools (Chrome DevTools, Lighthouse) to diagnose and fix front-end bottlenecks.
• Experience working with design systems and writing reusable, scalable UI components.
• Proficiency in testing frameworks (Jest, React Testing Library, Cypress) to ensure code stability.

Bonus points if you have:

• Written a JavaScript library published on npm.
• Experience with React Server Components (RSC) and how they integrate with Next.js.
• Worked with WebSockets or real-time data streaming.
• A strong grasp of web security principles (XSS, CSRF prevention).
• A keen eye for usability and user experience considerations.
