Data Engineer

About the Role:

We are seeking a passionate Data Engineer/Consultant to join our dynamic team focused on helping businesses unlock the value of their data. As part of our growing team, you'll be integral in designing and delivering modern data solutions, including business analysis, data integration, architecture, and advanced analytics.

Key Responsibilities:

• Business Analysis & Solution Design: Analyze business processes, translate business needs into technical solutions, and propose improvements.
• Data Integration: Design, build, test, and deploy modern data pipelines, ETL processes, APIs, and visualizations.
• Data Analysis & Accessibility: Assist customers and colleagues with tools for easy data access and analysis.
• Data Architecture: Design and implement data architectures, databases, and warehouses supporting data access and analytics.
• Develop Best Practices: Define standards and best practices for modern BI and AI solutions.
• Support Data Platforms: Help manage and further develop clients' data platforms.

Qualifications:

• Master's level education in a relevant field.
• At least 3 years of experience delivering data projects.
• Proficient with Azure (preferred) or experience with other cloud platforms (AWS, GCP).
• Strong motivation to keep up with emerging technologies in a fast-evolving field.

Desirable Experience:

• Commercial mindset and consulting experience.
• Industry experience in sectors like energy, industry, or finance.
• Expertise in data wrangling, data quality control, data pipeline design, orchestration, and data modeling.
• Experience with cloud-based data platforms for reporting and analytical projects.
• Familiarity with Microsoft Fabric.
