Your Role:

As an HR Student at Glamox you will:

Update HR Records: Maintain and update employee records to ensure accuracy. Innovate and suggest improvements to our HR system.
Participate in HR Projects: Assist in HR initiatives aimed at enhancing processes and boosting employee engagement.
Provide administrative support in managing documents and addressing HR-related queries.
Assist in the preparation of reports and analyses
Improvement and streamlining of HR processes.
Coordinate employer branding and recruitment activities to attract and onboard new talent.

Who We're Looking For:

Current Student: Pursuing a degree in Human Resources, Organization & Leadership, Business Administration or a related field.
Highly organized and efficient, capable of juggling multiple tasks seamlessly.
Strong Communicator, fluent in Norwegian and English, both written and spoken.
Comfortable with Technology and familiar with AI and digital tools.
Possess a positive attitude, eager to learn, flexible, and ready to take initiative.
