Microsoft365 Senior Consultant

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Microsoft365 Senior Consultant to join our dynamic IT consulting company. Key Responsibilities

• Provide expert consulting services on Microsoft365 with a strong emphasis on security solutions.
• Design, implement, and manage security protocols and best practices within Microsoft365 environments.
• Conduct security assessments, identify vulnerabilities, and develop remediation plans.
• Collaborate with clients to understand their security needs and provide tailored solutions.
• Stay up-to-date with the latest Microsoft365 security features, updates, and trends.
• Document and report on security strategies, implementations, and performance metrics.
• Train and mentor client teams on Microsoft365 security practices.

Qualifications

• Information Technology related education, or a related field.
• Preferably 5 years of experience in IT consulting with a focus on Microsoft365 and security.
• In-depth knowledge of Microsoft365 security features, including but not limited to, Azure Active Directory, Microsoft Defender, Conditional Access policies, Multi-Factor Authentication (MFA), Zero Trust architecture, and Security Score.
• Familiarity with compliance tools such as Microsoft Purview.
• Strong understanding of general cybersecurity principles and best practices.
• Experience with implementing and managing Microsoft365 security solutions for diverse clients.
• Fluency in Norwegian is a prerequisite due to client requirements.
  
  

It’s also nice if you have

• Experience with Microsoft 365 Copilot
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively convey technical information to non-technical stakeholders.
• Relevant certifications such as Microsoft Certified: Security, Compliance, and Identity Fundamentals or Microsoft 365 Certified: Security Administrator Associate are highly desirable.
