Chief Technology Officer

Edenthorpe Search are tasked to identify a Chief Technology Officer, for a rapidly growing crypto business. This role is a remote first opportunity and the candidate could be based in the broader Gulf regions (Dubai, Saudi etc) or Europe (Switzerland, London, Berlin) to support the business growth. Key to this hire will be deep crypto experience and someone who has the strategic drive and leadership capabilities to harness the current technology team to produce outstanding code /products and position the technology estate for future fast paced growth.

Key Responsibilities:

• Drive innovation: Oversee the development of cutting-edge crypto trading products, including all traditional facilities and payments
• Build a world-class team: Assemble and mentor a talented team of engineers to deliver exceptional results.
• Ensure security and compliance: Protect our platform and customers by adhering to the highest security standards and regulatory requirements.
• Scale globally: Expand our reach to new markets in the Middle East & Europe

Requirements:

• Proven track record as a CTO in a globally recognized crypto exchange or similar business.
• Deep understanding of blockchain technology, smart contracts, and crypto exchange development.
• Expertise in the most current and prevalent programming languages.
• Strong leadership skills and ability to scale tech teams in a fast-paced environment.
• A passion for innovation and a commitment to staying ahead of the curve in the crypto industry.
