Job Title: Business Intelligence Insight Analyst

Location: Dubai, United Arab Emirates

Job Description: We are seeking a skilled Business Intelligence Insight Analyst for one of our large Banking clients. The successful candidate will be responsible for turning data into knowledge that empowers our organization to make data-driven decisions. You will work closely with various units to identify their data needs, gather and analyze relevant information, and translate complex findings into clear and concise reports, dashboards, and visualizations.

Main Responsibilities:

• Partner with business stakeholders across different departments to understand their data needs and challenges.
• Utilize SQL and other data manipulation tools to extract, clean, and transform data from various sources.
• Perform data analysis using statistical methods and data mining techniques to identify trends, patterns, and anomalies.
• Develop and maintain insightful reports, dashboards, and visualizations that effectively communicate data stories.

Requirements:

• 3+ years of experience in BI and data analytics or related fields.
• Experience with data visualization tools (e.g., Power BI, Tableau).
• Proficiency with BI tools and technologies (e.g., SQL, data manipulation).
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
