Charterhouse are working with a leading Multi-Strat Hedge Fund, who are looking to hire a Junior into their Quant Research Team on the Systematic side of their business. The Fund have been operating in Dubai for the last 12 months and are now looking to grow the team.

As a Quant Researcher, the ideal candidate will be providing quantitative research through predictive modelling. Working closely with the wider research team, this role will be developing models that further develop their quantitative trading strategies across asset classes such as equities, futures and FX.

This is an outstanding opportunity to develop a quant trading career with a leading Hedge Fund who offer one of the strongest in-house training programmes for their quant researchers. The successful candidate will be surrounded by some of the strongest systematic and quantitative PMs in the market and will have the opportunity to provide invaluable support to their desks and strategies.

To be considered for this role, the successful candidate will have at least 2 years’ quant research experience or be a recent PHD graduate from a quantitative finance discipline. The firm code in Python, so having skills in this programming language or comparable language (R, C++) is a must.
