The Senior Project Coordinator will support the PMO Delivery Director in portfolio health reporting, governance, and operational activities. This position is integral to ensuring the smooth running of ETS PMO operations, managing project reporting, and overseeing governance processes.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Operational Support: Manage PMO SharePoint site, onboarding/offboarding, vendor performance, and timesheet submission. Lead PMO meetings and maintain training materials.
  • Portfolio Governance: Ensure adherence to risk/governance processes, partner with Risk & Control, and contribute to lessons-learned database.
  • Project Reporting: Assist with project reporting, generate status updates, and ensure accurate data entry.


Must-Have Skills:

  • 5+ years in project reporting
  • Proficiency in SharePoint & JIRA
  • Strong Excel and analytical skills
  • Process management understanding


Required Soft Skills:

  • Strong communication and collaboration skills
  • Ability to work independently


Nice-to-Have Skills:

  • PMP or equivalent certification
  • PowerAutomation experience
  • Knowledge of portfolio governance & risk management


Education:

  • Bachelor's degree preferred
  • Relevant certifications
