Head of Digital Platforms & Technology Innovation (MD)

As the Managing Director, Digital Platforms & Technology Innovation, you will play a pivotal role in shaping the organization's technology strategy at the highest level. You will drive large-scale digital transformation initiatives, oversee the overall delivery of next-generation enterprise technology solutions, and lead the modernization of existing frameworks – including country-specific systems – into a modern, scalable ecosystem.

What You’ll Do

• Executive Leadership: Define and drive the organization's digital platforms and technology innovation strategy, ensuring alignment with business objectives and long-term growth.
• Strategic Oversight: Develop and implement enterprise-wide digital roadmaps, ensuring seamless integration of cutting-edge technologies that enhance operational efficiency and business performance.
• Technology Governance: Oversee the governance, risk management, and compliance aspects of enterprise technology solutions, ensuring robust security and operational resilience.
• Business Partnership: Engage with senior business and product leaders to drive innovation and create a seamless bridge between technology and business priorities.
• Transformation Leadership: Champion digital transformation initiatives, fostering a culture of agility, collaboration, and innovation across the organization.
• Global Team Leadership: Lead, mentor, and inspire senior IT executives, Technical Leads, and high-performing teams across multiple regions to drive excellence in execution.
• Organizational Capability Building: Establish best practices, develop standardized tools, and foster a high-performance culture of continuous learning and growth.
• Vendor & Resource Management: Oversee internal and external technology resources, ensuring productivity, quality, and efficiency. Manage strategic vendor relationships to optimize resource allocation and technology partnerships.
