Your Role:

As the CISO, you will drive security vision, governance, and compliance while safeguarding millions of transactions across acquiring, gateway, and processing systems.

Key Responsibilities:

Security Leadership & Compliance

• Ensure compliance with PCI DSS, PCI PIN, ISO 27001, and other global security standards.
• Define security policies and risk management strategies across payment ecosystems.
• Engage with regulators and auditors to advocate for security best practices.

Security Operations & Incident Response

• Oversee real-time fraud monitoring, threat detection, and SecOps (SIEM, IDS/IPS).
• Lead rapid response to security incidents and cyber threats.

POS & PIN Security

• Ensure PIN encryption, HSM (Thales) management, and secure key injection for POS transactions.
• Maintain the highest security standards for payment terminals.

Cross-Border Security Management

• Adapt security programs to different legal and regulatory frameworks
• Strengthen cloud security, application security, and infrastructure security.

What We’re Looking For:

✔ 10+ years of cybersecurity leadership experience in payments, fintech, or banking.

✔ Deep expertise in PCI DSS, PCI PIN, ISO 27001, and global regulatory security requirements.

✔ Strong background in HSM management, PIN encryption, and POS security.

✔ Proven ability to engage with regulators, auditors, and executive leadership.

✔ Expertise in cloud security, application security, and SecOps.
