Business Analyst T24

Responsibilities

· To play a key role in providing inputs to operational considerations related to Temenos platforms in particular T24.

· Translation of business requirements from internal stakeholders in high quality Application design

· Ensure the completeness of the business requirements and add value by proposing best-in-class solutions.

· Analyze and translate business requirements into documentation, product rules and draft concise and detailed technical and functional solution documents for development

· Deep understanding of the private banking modules like SC, DX, SY, Corporate actions and accounting/ reporting modules

· Implementation experience of the SWIFT messaging, interfacing patterns, STP processes, order-processing flows

· Excellent personal organization and ability to prioritize and carry out multiple tasks.

· Able to influence and drive projects to meet key milestones and overcome challenges.

· Able to translate functional requirements to efficient and fit-for-purpose technical solutions

· To work with the Business users and Product owners for different strategic solutions

Skills Requirement

· Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in engineering/Technology or related course

· Development experience in T24 platforms and provide solutioning expertise to the Dev team.

· Good understanding of T24 – Security domain

· At least 10 years of experience in related field.

· Working experience in wealth management and customer self-service platforms.

· Ability to engage stakeholders to elicit business requirements, document the requirements and prepare functional specification documents.

· Strong communication and stakeholder management,

· Strong team player with the ability to take ownership and deliver independently.

· Good understanding on tools such as JIRA, confluence etc

Technical Skills

· SME in Temenos Transact Securities modules and domain

· Participated in large Temenos implementation before.

· Led Securities stream in a core banking platform

· Experience in SG / HK core banking implementation. Preferably Temenos implementation.
