Job Title: IT PMO Analyst

Job Duration: 12 months contract with a possibility to extend or to go perm!

Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with department leaders to define, prioritize, and develop various projects.
• Facilitate the onboarding and offboarding processes for all project members.
• Maintain and track all project data, ensuring accuracy and availability.
• Record and distribute weekly meeting minutes to keep all stakeholders informed.
• Organize team events and activities to foster a positive and engaging work environment.

Requirements:

• Strong interpersonal and multi-tasking skills to navigate a variety of tasks and projects effectively.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills for clear and efficient interaction with team members and stakeholders.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, and PowerPoint to support project documentation and presentations.
