Data Analyst | About You

As a Data Analyst, you focus on analyzing and interpreting data to provide insights that drive business decisions and improve system performance. You gather requirements from both internal teams and clients, identify data trends, and offer actionable recommendations. You are passionate about using data to solve business challenges, whether it’s identifying trends, troubleshooting data issues, or supporting decision-making processes. You bring strong analytical skills and attention to detail, ensuring data integrity and clarity in your reports.

Data Analyst | Day-to-Day

• Analyze and interpret data to identify trends, anomalies, and insights that impact business processes and system performance.
• Troubleshoot and resolve data-related issues, working closely with clients and internal teams to ensure data accuracy.
• Manage and resolve ServiceNow tickets related to data issues, ensuring timely resolution.
• Gather data requirements from stakeholders, documenting them to ensure accurate reporting and analysis.
• Provide actionable recommendations based on data analysis, supporting better business decisions.

Data Analyst | Skills & Experience

• 5+ years of experience as a Data Analyst, with expertise in data analysis and problem-solving.
• Advanced proficiency in SQL for data extraction, manipulation, and analysis.
• Familiarity with ERP systems, ensuring smooth data flows between systems and business processes.
• Fluent in English, with excellent communication skills to work with international clients and technical teams.
• Experience with Tableau for creating reports and visualizations is a bonus.
