NXT GIG is excited to announce an opening for a Product Manager to join our team and drive the development and success of our product portfolio. As a Product Manager, you will be the key point of contact between stakeholders, customers, and the engineering team, translating market requirements into actionable product features. You will conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify opportunities for innovation and improvement, ensuring that our products meet the evolving needs of our customers. You will also create product roadmaps, establish clear timelines, and work collaboratively with cross-functional teams to deliver exceptional products. Responsibilities

  • Define and communicate the product vision, strategy, and roadmap to align with overall business objectives
  • Gather and prioritize customer requirements through research and user feedback
  • Collaborate with engineering, design, and marketing teams to deliver high-quality products on time
  • Analyze market trends and customer needs to identify product opportunities
  • Develop product specifications and ensure that they are met throughout the development process
  • Monitor and evaluate product performance, collecting data to inform future iterations or enhancements
  • Serve as a product ambassador, presenting product updates to stakeholders and representing the product vision in various forums


Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field
  • Proven experience as a Product Manager or in a related role, preferably in the tech industry
  • Strong understanding of product development methodologies and lifecycle
  • Experience in market research and data analysis for informed product decisions
  • Excellent communication, leadership, and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work effectively in cross-functional teams and manage multiple projects
  • Familiarity with agile methodologies and relevant project management tools (e.g., JIRA, Trello) is a plus
