Job Summary: We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Program and Project Administrator to oversee and support the administration of organizational programs and special projects. The successful candidate will play a crucial role in planning, coordinating, and managing key initiatives while ensuring efficient program execution and compliance with organizational objectives
Key Responsibilities:
Plan, coordinate, and manage the administration of various organizational programs and projects.
Monitor project timelines, deliverables, and budgets to ensure alignment with business objectives.
Implement project management methodologies, including scope, time, quality, and risk management.
Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to facilitate smooth program execution.
Maintain comprehensive documentation and reporting for project tracking and compliance purposes.
Identify potential risks and develop mitigation strategies to ensure project success. Conduct evaluations and generate reports to assess the effectiveness and impact of programs.
Support managerial effectiveness by optimizing project resources and workflow processes.

Proficiency in project management software and tools.
Ability to analyse data and prepare reports.

Preferred Qualifications & Experience:
Experience in a highly relevant industry such as IT, finance, supply chain, healthcare, or construction project management.
Bachelor’s degree in business administration, project management or a related field.
Professional certification in Project Management (e.g., PMP, PRINCE2) is an advantage.
