Business Intelligence Analyst

Responsibilities

• Analyze and interpret complex data sets to identify trends, patterns, and insights
• Develop and deliver interactive dashboards, reports, and visualizations using BI tools such as Tableau, Power BI, or similar
• Collaborate with business units to understand their analytical needs and provide actionable insights
• Monitor key metrics and provide regular updates on performance and areas for improvement
• Assist in the development of data-driven strategies and recommendations for improving business outcomes
• Document BI processes and maintain data integrity across reporting systems

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Data Science, Statistics, Computer Science, or a related field
• Proven experience as a Business Intelligence Analyst or in a similar analytical role
• Strong proficiency in data visualization tools such as Tableau, Power BI, or similar
• Solid understanding of SQL and data manipulation techniques
• Excellent analytical skills and the ability to derive insights from large datasets
• Strong attention to detail and problem-solving abilities
• Good communication skills to present findings clearly to various stakeholders
