DevOps Engineer

Senior DevOps Application Engineer | AWX/Ansible | Hybrid | Contract | Belgium

We are looking for a Senior DevOps Application Engineer to join a high-impact team managing real-time critical applications in Belgium. This is a fantastic opportunity to work on a long-term project (60 months), leveraging the latest DevOps automation, cloud technologies, and infrastructure security best practices.

You’ll play a key role in CI/CD pipeline automation, containerization, and infrastructure optimization, working with Agile development teams to enhance scalability, reliability, and system performance.

Responsibilities:

• Automate CI/CD pipelines using Jenkins, GitLab, and Ansible
• Manage Kubernetes, Docker, and OpenShift environments
• Optimize infrastructure security, performance, and availability
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams on real-time application support
• Maintain and improve Linux-based systems and cloud environments
• Implement scripting and automation with Python, Bash

Requirements:

• 8+ years of experience in DevOps engineering
• Strong expertise in CI/CD tools (Ansible & AWX)
• Hands-on experience with Kubernetes, Docker, and OpenShift
• Deep knowledge of Linux administration and infrastructure automation
• Strong scripting skills (Bash, Python)
• Experience with networking, security, and high-availability systems
