The Opportunity

We are seeking a motivated Global PMO & Talent Acquisition Support Intern to join our dynamic TA team in Brussels. In this role, you'll have the opportunity to work on critical reporting initiatives, supporting our global Talent Acquisition function while gaining valuable experience in PMO practices and HR analytics.

Day-to-Day Responsibilities

• Support in tracking and analyzing key Talent Acquisition KPIs and metrics
• Assist in preparing monthly/quarterly budget reports and forecasts
• Update and create reporting presentations to ensure better visibility of TA operations & accomplishments
• Collaborate with the TA team to gather and consolidate recruitment data
• Provide administrative support in documenting and organizing PMO deliverables
• Participate in global projects and initiatives within the TA function
