About Us: Airframe is an early-stage startup accelerating AI’s positive impact by mapping software ecosystems, identifying successful use cases, and empowering buyers to collaborate through shared insights. We’re building tools to help teams navigate the AI landscape effectively.

The Role: As a Senior Front End Engineer and one of Airframe’s first hires, you’ll shape our product and technical foundation while working directly with the founders. We are interested in candidates who have worked for Big Tech and living in Finland.

You'll be:

• Crafting top-notch web apps and component libraries
• Creating slick, user-friendly digital experiences
• Getting your hands dirty with our initial desktop and mobile web products
• Building and maintaining a robust component library
• Bringing our design system to life (and evolving it)
• Helping us build an awesome team and foster a culture of innovation

You should be:

• Excellent in English with at least 5 years’ experience of front end development
• Excited about learning the ins and outs of building a company
• A self-starter who doesn't need hand-holding
• Comfortable with an iterative, "let's try it and see" approach
• A pro at building high-polish web experiences

• Lottie
• GraphQL
• Storybook
