What You'll Be Doing:

• Lead and continuously improve the Information Security Management System (ISMS).
• Conduct internal security audits and implement improvement measures.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure ISO 27001 & BSI Grundschutz compliance.
• Manage and investigate security incidents, supporting risk analysis and mitigation.
• Develop and enforce IT security policies, frameworks, and best practices.
• Advise on cyber security strategies and risk assessments for business units.

What Were Looking For:

• 3+ years of experience in IT security, risk management, or compliance.
• Expertise in ISMS frameworks (ISO 27001, BSI Grundschutz, or similar).
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills in cybersecurity.
• Fluency in German (C2) and English (B2).
• A degree in IT, Business Informatics, or a related field.
• (Bonus) Certifications like CISSP, CISM, or ISO 27001 Lead Auditor.
