Product Design Intern - Summer 2025

Squarespace is a design-centric product company at heart which enables anyone to build a beautiful online presence. Product designers at Squarespace are embedded within product teams amongst product managers, engineers and researchers. Our product teams are collaborative, and each member is directly responsible for the team's success.

We're looking for an intern to join our Marketing Tools group, working on products like Contacts and Email Campaigns. You'll work with full-time product designers and the team to explore new ways for Squarespace users to grow their audience and promote their brand or business.

You will be based in our Dublin office and report to a Senior Product Designer..

Responsibilities

• Gather user insights to identify pain points and propose opportunities for improvement.
• Develop wireframes, UI mockups, and prototypes using Figma.
• Think holistically about the user journey and product ecosystem for our Marketing Tools.
• Participate in user research and testing, ensuring usability and product consistency
• Participate in design critiques and collaborate with our Design Systems team.
  
  

Qualifications

• Recent graduate or currently enrolled student graduating in Fall 2025 or Spring 2026
• Experience using Figma
• Experience with user research and user-centered design processes.
• An understanding of visual and user experience design
• An understanding of web applications
  
  

A portfolio of relevant design work is required for consideration. It should illustrate your involvement and how you contributed to solving specific problems.

Cash Compensation Range: €24.00 - €26.44 / hourly rate
