• 3-4 years of proven experience in React development.
• Strong problem-solving skills and critical thinking abilities.
• Excellent organizational, management, and communication skills to lead projects and collaborate with the IT team.
• The ability to understand customer needs and devise effective solutions to meet them.
• Fintech experience is preferred.
• Adaptability to handle fast-changing projects and prioritize pragmatic solutions over endless refinement.
• high availability and travel flexibility
• Fast executor, avoiding unnecessary frameworks and bloat.
• Team player who communicates effectively and proactively drives results.
• Adaptable to a fast-paced, dynamic environment with oral specifications and shifting priorities.
• Capable of translating Figma designs into clean, functional code.
• Experience with mobile applications using React Native.
