We are looking for a highly driven Product Owner to join our team. This role is crucial in shaping the direction of our product by balancing business objectives, user needs, and development resources. You will be responsible for prioritizing initiatives, defining requirements, and ensuring execution aligns with our strategy—while keeping costs in check.

Key Responsibilities

• Own the product backlog and prioritize features based on business impact, user needs, and development effort.
• Make data-driven decisions, defining key success metrics for initiatives and iterating based on insights.
• Manage multiple initiatives simultaneously, ensuring efficient execution and alignment across teams.
• Work closely with designers, developers, and stakeholders to deliver impactful product improvements.
• Balance urgency with quality, ensuring rapid but thoughtful decision-making.
• Be cost-conscious when making product decisions, understanding the impact on development resources.
• Translate high-level business goals into actionable requirements for the development team.
• (Preferred) Leverage experience in product design to enhance decision-making and user experience considerations.

What We’re Looking For

• Strong background as a Product Owner, Product Manager, or similar role.
• Proven experience in Product Design
• Strong ability to prioritize and make trade-offs between business needs, user experience, and technical feasibility.
• Analytical mindset—experience working with data to measure success and iterate based on insights.
• Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.
• Understanding of development costs and ability to make smart resourcing decisions.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Experience in product design or working closely with designers.
