Job Title: Business Product Analyst
Contract: 6 Months
Rate: €450-480/day
Overview:
We are seeking an experienced Business Product Analyst to join the Digital Operations and Technical Services (DOTS) - Digital Manufacturing (DM) team in Cork. This role will focus on delivering, scaling, and supporting digital products and manufacturing systems that ensure full integration from the factory floor to business solutions. You will play a key role in supporting the team’s long-term growth by driving digital transformation to enable transition toward a digital supply chain.
Key Responsibilities:
- Translate business and user requirements into detailed product requirements.
- Develop use cases, user stories, process flows, and visualizations to guide the product team.
- Stay 2-3 sprints ahead and ensure features have a clear definition of done.
- Collaborate with the Business Process Owner (BPO) to align product backlog priorities with business needs.
- Optimize business processes and document them for reference by development and IT teams.
- Write UAT scripts and participate in User Acceptance Testing as needed.
- Track metrics and build reports to measure progress and manage dependencies with other product teams.
- Ensure compliance with SDLC documentation, system configuration, and IT compliance standards.
- Support and facilitate system demos via inspect and adapt workshops.
- Communicate vision to developers and testers and improve user experience.
Minimum Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, IT, Science, or a related field.
- 3+ years of experience in digital product development and lifecycle management.
- Experience with manufacturing systems (SAP, MES, LIMS, DCS) in a GMP environment.
- Knowledge of Agile methodologies and experience working in cross-functional teams.
- Experience in E2E manufacturing processes and product release.
- Strong problem-solving skills and ability to analyze situations and reach informed decisions.
- Experience with feature prioritization and facilitating product team ceremonies.
- Foundational knowledge in Data Engineering, Cybersecurity, Intelligent Automation, or Emerging Technologies.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience in GMP environments and regulatory standards.
- Strong focus on business agility with a fail-fast mindset and continuous improvement.
- Ability to influence teams and work collaboratively across departments.

Eligibility
- Currently living in Ireland.
- Flexible to work in a hybrid setting 2 days a week in Cork
