Product Manager/Owner (M/F)

QUADRANTE is recruiting a Product Manager/Product Owner to join its Digital Business Unit, where you will play a key role in defining and delivering innovative digital products that drive business growth and customer satisfaction.

About the role:

As a Product Manager/Product Owner, you will play a key role in defining and executing the product strategy, ensuring alignment with business objectives and user needs. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to manage the product lifecycle, from ideation to launch, while prioritizing features that deliver maximum value.

This role requires a blend of strategic thinking, technical understanding, and stakeholder management, enabling you to drive product innovation and optimize business impact.

Key Responsibilities:

Product Strategy & Development

• Define and communicate the product vision and roadmap, ensuring alignment with business goals.
• Conduct market research and analyze trends to identify opportunities for product growth and innovation.
• Collaborate with stakeholders (internal and external) to ensure the product meets customer needs.
• Own and manage the product backlog, prioritizing features based on impact, feasibility, and business value.

Stakeholder & Team Collaboration

• Act as the bridge between business, technology, and design teams, ensuring seamless communication.
• Align cross-functional teams around shared goals and priorities, fostering a user-centric approach.
• Work closely with development teams to refine requirements.

Performance & Continuous Improvement

• Leverage data-driven insights to optimize user experience and enhance product adoption.
• Stay up to date with industry trends, competitor products, and emerging technologies.

What We’re Looking For:

Proven Experience:

• 5+ years of experience in Product Management, Product Ownership, or a similar role.
• Hands-on experience in Agile environments with backlog management and sprint planning.
• Experience working on digital products.

Technical & Analytical Skills:

• Strong understanding of UX/UI principles and data analytics.
• Experience using JIRA, Confluence, or similar product management tools.
• Familiarity with API integrations, cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP), or emerging technologies is a plus.

Leadership & Communication:

• Excellent ability to influence and align stakeholders across different teams.
• Strong problem-solving skills, with a proactive approach to tackling challenges.
• Ability to translate business objectives into clear technical requirements.

Business & User-Centric Mindset

• Deep understanding of customer needs and market dynamics to drive product decisions.
• Ability to balance short-term deliverables with long-term strategy.
