Welcome to the Audi F1 Project.

Audi will be competing in the FIA Formula 1 World Championship from 2026.

The new team has two locations. Audi's Motorsport Competence Center in Neuburg (Germany) is considered one of the most modern of its kind in Europe. The Sauber Group's Formula 1 factory in Hinwil (Switzerland) is known for its innovative technologies and passion for racing. The Power Unit comes from Neuburg, while Hinwil is responsible for the development of the chassis and race operations. The planned takeover by AUDI AG turns two teams into a factory team – and you can be part of it.

The position for the Audi F1 Project is at Sauber in Hinwil (Switzerland).

Your mission

  • Manage and maintain design assets, templates, and guidelines for efficient brand/branding implementation and content production
  • Create compelling visual assets for physical, digital, print, merchandise, and event branding to ensure a consistent identity
  • Collaborate with internal teams and agencies to bring creative concepts to life while aligning with our brand strategy
  • Ensure high-quality execution of all design work across multiple channels, maintaining consistency and premium aesthetics
  • Stay ahead of industry trends in motorsport, automotive, and digital design to enhance the visual impact of Audi F1 Team
  • Collaborate with external agencies, content creators, and production teams to ensure high-quality execution of visual concepts
  • Work closely with internal and external stakeholders (e.g., Engineering, Communications, Production, agencies) to integrate brand guidelines and visual consistency

Your profile

  • 3+ years of professional experience in graphic design, ideally in sports, automotive, or premium brands
  • Experience designing for multi-channel marketing campaigns, including digital, social media, print, and event activations
  • Strong ability to translate brand strategy into compelling visual communication
  • Experience collaborating with agencies, photographers, and video production teams
  • Passion for motorsport, F1, or automotive design is highly desirable
  • Strong portfolio showcasing expertise in graphic design, branding, digital design, typography, and layout
  • Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign). After Effects is a plus.
  • Knowledge of 3D design, animation, or motion graphics is a plus
  • Excellent command of English and German (oral and written)
