Position Overview

We are seeking a Senior Unity Developer who will play a critical role in enhancing and scaling our innovative VR applications and further developing our bespoke suite of tools. In this position, you will work closely with our leadership team to deliver high-quality code while pushing the boundaries of our technology. Your deep technical expertise and passion for immersive experiences will contribute to the success of our projects.

What will you do?

• Develop and implement complex Unity-based solutions for our immersive VR experiences.
• Optimize performance and usability across a range of VR platforms.
• Participate in code reviews to maintain coding standards and ensure best practices.
• Assist in the mentoring and training of junior developers on the team.
• Collaborate on architecture and system design, providing insights based on your expertise.
• Stay current with industry trends and technologies to ensure our products remain cutting-edge.
  
  

Requirements

️ Must have hard skills

• 4+ years of professional experience as a Unity developer, with a focus on VR applications.
• Strong proficiency in Unity and familiarity with OpenXR, SteamVR, and OculusVR frameworks.
• Solid understanding of software development principles and design patterns.
• Experience with multiplayer networking and client-server architectures.
• Knowledge in using version control systems, preferably GIT.

• Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to think critically.
• Strong communication abilities to work effectively within a collaborative team environment.
• Ability to manage tasks independently and meet project deadlines.

You will have a Big Plus if you are familiar with:

• Game development experience with backend systems.
• Experience with RESTful API integration.
• Knowledge of game analytics and performance metrics.
