Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with the design team to maintain project timelines and ensure high-quality deliverables.
• Manage design projects from concept to final execution, especially with materials related to branding, reports, and client presentations.
• Create and manage design assets.
• Support in the production of marketing materials, reports, and other digital/print assets, ensuring alignment with client expectations.
• Contribute creative input during brainstorming sessions and client pitches.
• Automate repetitive design tasks, including the creation of standardized templates.
• Provide support on additional design-related tasks as needed, both for digital and print projects.

What are we looking for in you?

• Strong expertise with Adobe InDesign, with additional knowledge of other Office tools being a plus.
• Fluency in Italian (mother tongue) and professional proficiency in English is required.
• Positive and proactive attitude with a strong creative flair.
• Attention to detail and ability to deliver precise, high-quality work on tight deadlines.
• Excellent communication skills and ability to collaborate with teams across different locations.
• Ability to work independently and manage freelance schedules effectively.
• Knowledge of the financial services sector or investment products is a bonus but not required.

Big Plus:

• Familiarity with other software (Office, Figma, Sketch, editing software e.g., Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects).
