Tasks

As a Brand Designer, you will be responsible for executing brand visuals across digital and print assets, ensuring consistency with our brand space guidelines. As part of the brand management team, you will work closely with marketing, communication, talent acquisition, employer branding, and workplace teams, among others, to bring the brand to life in internal and external brand communication—through both physical and digital content.

• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure brand consistency in both external and internal communications
• Implement and maintain the brand’s visual identity across different touchpoints, ensuring alignment with brand space guidelines
• Adjust and refine existing brand assets for different mediums, including social media, email, websites, and print materials
• Create cool visuals and confidently handle social media channels – posts on Instagram and LinkedIn
• Support the development of templates and style guides for internal and external use
• Deliver small size projects up to medium complexity
  
  
  

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of relevant professional work experience in a corporate or agency environment as graphic/ brand designer or related;
• Strong understanding of branding principles & layout design and experience in brand implementation;
• Confident to proficient user in Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop) Figma, Canva and PowerPoint.
• Open and proactive, problem-solving mindset;
• Solid communication and collaboration skills, open to give and to receive feedback;
• Fluent in German & English

• Basic knowledge of motion design, video editing.
• Understanding the principles of UX/UI

• Start: by arrangement - always on the 1st and 15th of the month
• Working hours: full-time (40h); 27 vacation days
