Product Manager - Personalisation

We’re looking for an experienced Product Manager to lead our Personalisation Team - the core of our consumer experience. What You’ll Do

✅ Define & Lead: Set the vision and strategy for personalisation, ensuring it aligns with Hemnet’s broader goals

✅ Innovate with AI & Data: Leverage AI, machine learning, and data-driven insights to craft a tailored user experience

✅ Drive Experimentation: Implement a culture of continuous testing to refine personalisation and recommendation algorithms

✅ Collaborate Across Teams: Work hand-in-hand with development, UX, analytics, and marketing automation teams to bring user-centric solutions to life

✅ Optimize Features: Own and evolve "My Hemnet"—including login, saved searches, and personalised property recommendations

✅ Enhance Marketing Automation: Work with CRM and automation tools to improve engagement and customer experience

What You Bring

🔹 8+ years of Product Management experience, with a strong background in consumer-facing apps

🔹 Expertise in personalization, recommendations, and leveraging LLMs & ML to enhance user experiences

🔹 A history of success in experimentation, driving A/B testing and data-led decision-making

🔹 Experience in fast-growing tech scale-ups or mature digital companies

🔹 Bonus: Knowledge of marketing automation and CRM tools
