As a Junior People Generalist, you will play a key role in ensuring smooth People operations by managing administrative processes, optimizing People systems, and supporting data-driven decision-making. You’ll collaborate with team members across the globe to enhance the employee experience. Here are the core responsibilities:

• Support People admin and ensure accurate employee data management.
• Work with People systems and tools to streamline processes and improve efficiency.
• Handle reporting and People analytics to support decision-making.
• Assist in implementing and coordinating global People initiatives.
• Provide general support to employees and managers regarding People policies and procedures.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to enhance the employee experience.
  
  

Qualifications, Key Skills And Competence

• Bachelor’s degree in HR or related field
• 1-2 years of experience in People/HR, administration, or a related field.
• Strong organizational and problem-solving skills.
• Comfort working with People systems, data, and reporting tools.
• A proactive and service-minded attitude with great attention to detail.
• Learning mindset and can-do attitude
• Excellent communication skills in English and fluent proficiency in Swedish
  
  

The position will be located in Kista/Stockholm and report to the Chief People & Culture Officer.
