About the Role

The Delivery Programme Management Office (PMO) is responsible for performing various tasks related to managing vendor accounts, ensuring data quality and accuracy, creating and maintaining projects, generating and analyzing reports, and collaborating with different teams and stakeholders within the organization. The PMO is also responsible for facilitating project close out, coordinating with the key stakeholders on project updates, owning and updating reporting tools and apps, supporting Delivery Leads and IT department, and creating and maintaining document repository folders and PMO runbook.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage vendor accounts and project data
• Generate and analyze reports to track project progress
• Support Delivery Leads and IT teams with tools and process improvements
• Coordinate project updates with key stakeholders
• Facilitate project close-out and ensure compliance with reporting standards
• Maintain document repositories and PMO processes
• Identify and implement process improvements

What We’re Looking For

• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field or equivalent experience
• Strong organisational and analytical skills
• Ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment
• Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities
• Experience in data centers or security vendor management is a plus
• Ability to travel internationally (up to 10%)
