We are seeking an experienced Manual QA Engineer who will work closely with both Back-end and Front-end developers to ensure that our applications meet the highest standards of quality and performance. As a critical part of our development process, you'll test new features, identify bugs, and collaborate with the engineering team to refine our applications. Your keen eye for detail and passion for delivering a flawless user experience will be essential in helping us create robust and engaging products in the fitness and wellness industry.

Responsibilities

• Support an existing web-based application that’s home to hundreds of thousands of users a day;
• Indicate and help with bug-fixing solutions;
• Review and analyze functional requirement specifications;
• Document QA activities, create audit reports;
• Involve in test planning, writing test cases/scripts, creating reusable test data;
• Execute manual system tests including functional, sanity, regression, pre-production, and post-production phases in a tight release schedule;
• Working together with developers to enhance and improve programs;
• Be an active part of a strong culture based on ambition, collaboration, and trust;
• Using various testing tools (monitoring, analysis, automation, etc.).

Requirements

• Proven experience as a Manual QA Engineer, with a strong background in testing web applications;
• Familiarity with testing across multiple browsers, devices, and operating systems;
• Experience working closely with both Front-end and Back-end developers to troubleshoot issues and ensure comprehensive test coverage;
• Excellent understanding of software development life cycles (SDLC), Agile/Scrum methodologies, and testing processes;
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a detail-oriented mindset;
• Proficiency with QA tools and bug tracking systems (e.g., JIRA, ClickUP);
• Familiarity with API testing and ability to validate data flow between Front-end and Back-end systems;
• Ability to prioritize and handle multiple projects in a fast-paced environment;
• Strong communication skills and ability to articulate complex issues clearly and concisely;
• Proven experience with API testing, Test Automation Scripting, and Performance Testing
• Requirement analysis and test case creation experience

• Experience in test automation
• Mobile application testing
• ISTQB foundation certificate would be considered a huge advantage 

Financial Remuneration

Gross salary range is from 3500 up to 4300 Eur per month

The salary for this position varies depending on the type of employment arrangement chosen by the candidate. We offer flexibility with both standard full-time employment and contractual options, and the salary range may adjust accordingly. The compensation details for each arrangement will be discussed during the interview process.
