Project Manager – Global Payment Management System Implementation

We are looking for a highly experienced Project Manager to lead a global implementation of the Medius payment management system. This role involves integration with Microsoft D365 and multiple non-standard ERP systems such as iScala and M3 Movex, requiring a deep understanding of complex IT landscapes.

Responsibilities:

• Lead and oversee the end-to-end implementation of the Medius system on a global scale.
• Manage integration processes with Microsoft D365 and diverse ERP systems (iScala, M3 Movex), ensuring seamless data flow and system compatibility.
• Collaborate with business stakeholders, IT teams, and third-party vendors to align project deliverables with business goals.
• Drive project timelines, budgets, and risk management to ensure successful implementation.
• Establish and maintain best practices, governance standards, and project documentation.
• Ensure compliance with financial processes such as Purchase-to-Pay (PtP) and Accounts Payable (AP) within the Shared Services framework.
• Manage project communications, stakeholder expectations, and cross-functional team coordination.

Requirements:

• 5-8 years of experience in IT project management, specifically within ERP and financial process implementations.
• Experience in leading projects that integrate various components within a unified ERP platform
• Project management certification (e.g., PMP, PRINCE2, Agile) is required.
• Proven ability to manage large-scale, complex IT projects in an international environment.
• Exceptional attention to detail, work ethics, and stakeholder management skills.
• Strong communication, leadership, and problem-solving abilities.
