Role Overview

As the Country Manager of Ceffu in Poland, you will lead the company's strategic growth, ensuring compliance with local and international regulations while driving innovation in the digital asset custody space. You will oversee operations, manage key stakeholders, and represent the company in Poland’s fintech and regulatory landscape.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and execute the company's strategic vision, aligning with Ceffu’s global objectives.
• Lead business expansion initiatives, including partnerships with financial institutions, enterprises, and regulatory bodies.
• Oversee all operational, financial, and legal aspects of the company’s activities in Poland.
• Ensure full compliance with local financial and digital asset regulations, working closely with regulatory authorities.
• Represent Ceffu at industry conferences, regulatory meetings, and high-level networking events.
• Build and manage a high-performing team, fostering a culture of excellence and innovation.
• Drive revenue growth by identifying new business opportunities and enhancing product offerings.
• Manage risk assessment frameworks, ensuring the security and integrity of digital asset custody solutions.

Requirements

• 12+ years of leadership experience in fintech, banking, digital assets, or financial services.
• 5+ years in an executive role with P&L responsibility.
• Deep understanding of the Polish and EU regulatory framework for financial services and digital assets.
