Project Coordinator

Specific Qualifications or Experience Required:

• Experience within healthcare sector considered an asset
• Familiarity with Ocean or similar digital health solutions considered an asset
• Previous experience in project coordination or a similar role, preferably in healthcare or technology deployments
• Basic understanding of EMR systems and their integration processes
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to interact with diverse partners and clinical audiences
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook) and project management tools
• Detail-oriented with the ability to track and document processes, risks, and issues
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a proactive and solutions-focused approach
• Experience with meeting coordination, including preparing agendas, taking minutes, and following up on action items
• Strong time management skills with a demonstrated ability to meet deadlines and handle competing priorities
• Adaptability and eagerness to learn new systems and processes as required
• Proficiency in MS Office applications, particularly Excel, PowerPoint, and Project
