About the Role:

Our client is seeking an eCommerce Web Developer to build and maintain scalable, high-converting online stores. This role requires expertise in eCommerce platforms, payment integrations, and performance optimization.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop custom eCommerce websites using Shopify, WooCommerce, Magento, or custom-built solutions.
• Optimize product pages, checkout flows, and conversion rates (CRO).
• Implement secure payment gateways (Stripe, PayPal, Klarna, Apple Pay, etc.).
• Develop custom themes and plugins for eCommerce platforms.
• Ensure mobile responsiveness, SEO best practices, and high-speed performance.
• Work with third-party APIs for inventory management, CRM, and marketing automation.
• Implement personalized shopping experiences using AI-driven recommendations.

Technical Skills & Requirements:

• Proficiency in JavaScript, PHP, and Python for eCommerce customizations.
• Experience with eCommerce platforms (Shopify Liquid, WooCommerce, Magento, BigCommerce, or custom headless solutions).
• Knowledge of front-end frameworks (React.js, Vue.js, Next.js) for headless eCommerce.
• Strong understanding of payment security, PCI compliance, and GDPR requirements.
• Familiarity with SEO, schema markup, and performance optimization tools (Lighthouse, WebPageTest, Cloudflare CDN).
