We’re looking for an experienced, highly motivated Web Team Lead to join our team and lead a group of skilled web backend and frontend developers responsible for developing and maintaining a high-traffic platform with dozens of scalable services.

Responsibilities:

• Lead, mentor, and manage an agile team of web backend / frontend engineers, including hiring, training, and mentoring, alongside hands-on coding
• Actively participate in the design, development, and maintenance of backend/web systems and applications while analyzing business requirements to create scalable, high-performing, and testable solutions
• Collaborate closely with product managers, client developers, scrum masters, and other stakeholders to deliver high-quality solutions.
  
  

Requirements:

• At least 3 years of experience as a team leader
• At least 4 years of hands-on experience of backend development in PHP
• Proficiency in JavaScript frameworks (e.g., React, Angular, TypeScript)
• Proven experience in developing large-scale systems using cloud services
• Experience in building and deploying microservices
• Knowledge of CI/CD pipelines and deployment processes
• Experience with Agile methodology
• Fluent in written and spoken English
• Excellent spoken and written communication skills.
