The Role

As a Tech Lead, you will take ownership of AI-driven product development, ensuring technical excellence, scalability, and innovation. You'll work closely with business leaders to align technology with company goals while mentoring and growing a talented development team.

Key Responsibilities:

• Technical Leadership – Lead the design, development, and deployment of AI/LLM-based products.
• Team Management – Mentor and grow a team of developers, fostering a strong engineering culture.
• Project Execution – Define technical roadmaps, manage timelines, and ensure the successful delivery of projects.
• AI & LLM Expertise – Stay ahead of the latest advancements in AI, LLMs, and machine learning.
• Code & Architecture Review – Ensure best practices in software development, including DevOps and system architecture.
• Collaboration – Work with product and business teams to translate company goals into scalable technical solutions.
• Hiring & Growth – Play a key role in attracting and retaining top engineering talent.

Who You Are:

• 5+ years of hands-on experience in AI/ML engineering.
• 2+ years of experience leading teams and delivering technical projects.
• Strong expertise in LLMs, AI agents, and vector databases.
• Proficiency in Python and AI-driven product development.
• Ability to align technology with business objectives and drive innovation.
• Comfortable in a fast-paced, dynamic environment where you can take ownership.
• An interest in sports or esports is a plus!
